FAQs

Q: What is the Bazaar and where it is?
A: The Bazaar is an NPC located behind the Auction House[32, 71, -78]. It is like a real stock market with supply and demand. Players should reach level 7 in Farming, Foraging, and Mining to use the function.

Q: How much tax should I pay for selling?
A: 1% tax.

For example, if you sell an item at 500 coins by using the Sell Offer function, buyers would spend 500 coins on it and you would get 495 coins which included 1% tax.

Q: What does spread mean at the bazaar?
A: We can see there are respectively 5% of the spread on the buying page and 10% of the spread on the selling page.

Spread trades are executed to attempt to profit from the widening or narrowing of the spread, rather than from movement in the prices of the legs directly.
Spreads are either "bought" or "sold" depending on whether the trade will profit from the widening or narrowing of the spread.

Here are the formulas for calculating unit price:

L represents Lowest sell price
H represents Highest buy price

(Buy item, 5% of spread):
Unit price = (Lowest sell price - Highest buy price) x 5% + Highest buy price.
Unit price = (L - H) x 5% + H
or Unit price = 0.05L + 0.95H

(Sell item, 10% of spread):
Unit price = (Lowest sell price - Highest buy price) x 90% + Highest buy price.
Unit price = (L - H) * 90% + H
or Unit price = 0.9L + 0.1H

Q: Can I make coins with Bazaar?
A: Yes. Guide for new players can help you.

Q: What is Stock of Stonks and should I buy it?
A: Stock of Stonks is a test item for the Bazaar right now. It is available from Warren for a limited time.

It does not bring any benefit as if you just keep it in inventory for now. You can choose to buy it at lower price and sell it at higher price.

Also, it is now a risky investment because it is a test item which may get deleted.

Q: Is there any limitation on Sell Offer?
A: You cannot place several orders in a very short period as it will be on cooldown for up to 1 minute.

Moreover, the maximum number of placing offers (sell offers + buy offers) is 21 and it will show too many orders.
